Q1. You indicated in the survey you travel domestically. Tell me about your last trip. Where did you go and with who, did you go?

I went to Jeju island last year with my boyfriend. as far as I remember, it was November. so it was very nice weather to go outside. we stayed in Jeju island for 3days 2 nights. The main purpose of this trip was climbing Hanla mountain which is located in the center of the island. It was a very hard time but it was worth since the view was incredible from the observation deck. On the way back to the hotel, we enjoyed hot spring to relax the fatigue. the rest of the time, we went to famous restaurants, instagramable cafe and we took tons of pictures. At night, I posted all the photos on my social media. I had such a blast with him. Eva, if you travel to Jeju island, I will recommand the cafe with a nice ocean view . (nice)

Q2. How has the travel pattern changed between the past and the present? Where did people usually go in the past? And What do people usually do for their trip? what things have been changed?

In the past, people hardly went on an overseas trip because there was less flight line so the airplain fee was too expansive and it was also hard to search for information. so they genarally used a package travel. /But now, when people make an itnerary, they can search for traveling information and some tips anytime anywhere with just a few touches of the screen on their smartphone. Plus, looking for cheaper airplain tickets and reserving accomodaitons can be done more easily on travel apps. so now i think people prefer traveling themselves more than before. (nice)

Q1. Let’s talk about healthy people. What do healthy people do? What do they do to maintain their health? Also compare your life between when you were not healthy in the past and you are now.

Basically most of healthy people have their own hobbies such as drawing, exercising, learning something new and things like that. they relieve their stress by doing those activities, fully concentrating on them without being disturbed by any worries or concerns. They are always so energetic and have positive mind. on top of that, they generally have higher self-esteems. I think staying healthy is associated in both mental and physical way and having more time to oneself and knowing well about oneself is the best way to be healthy. / Honestly speaking, before covid19, I exercised all weekday in my free time to keep in shape and I tried to eat more fruits and vegetables and less fatty or suggary food. Also I took a body profile. however, During the pandemic, I less exercised and ate more. The reason why now I gained 10kg is because of a lot of suggary drink.. Speaking of that, I feel like I should start exercising as of today (오늘부로) again. (nice)

Q1. How did you first become interested in playing badminton? Who taught you how to play? Also, tell me about the most unforgettable badminton match.

Oh, badmintion is one of my favorite activities. When I was a child, my father taught my brother and me how to play badminton step by step. My younger brother was good at badminton. So I was in a hurry to learn quickly to get to his level. Sometimes I fell down and hurt my knee when I hit the shuttlecock but I never gave up. Now I've taken my skills to a certain level and I'm the best among my friends. / last olympics, I saw a badminton match on TV to cheer for my country. The game was in team of two. In the beginning, I didn’t know who played for Korea but soon, one player was catching my eyes since he was very tall and athletic. He showed strong serve as well as perfect defense. It turned out that he was 이용대 who was the Korean national badminton player. Thanks to his amazing performance, Finally my country won the game. I became his big fan since that day. It was really interesting match. (nice)

Q1. Let's talk about a bank in your country. Describe a bank for me. What do you in a bank? Also, tell the difference briefly between the bank in the past and today's bank.

In the center of seoul, you can see bank branches almost on every block. Their business hours are from 9 to 4, monday through friday. As soon as you enter, you can find many ATMs where people can use simple services, like withdrawing or depositing money. I go to banks only to exchange some money before I go traveling or withdraw some cash at ATMs before shopping. / These days, there are still a lot of the elderly who are not good at handling their smartphone banking. I think there should be some kind of teaching places for them to learn how to use phone banking services. You know, bank systems have made remarkable progress over the decade. It is possoble to do almost everything with smartphones. Even pulling out a ticket for the line is possible with just a few touches of the screen on your phone as well. But on the other hand, the number of banks have been closing. and Moreover many bank employees have lost their jobs because of these automatic systems. I think digital transformation has changing our whole lives more comfortably and conveniently but I think someday all employees can be replaced with machines, which is a big problem. (nice)

Q1. Please tell me about a piece of furniture you bought recently. What kind of furniture did you get? Tell me about it in detail. Also, tell me about the furniture you have in your room and describe your room.

The desk in my room was getting old and there was not enough space for my computer. It could barely hold the computer and keyboard. it was very uncomfortable. I needed the new wide one. So, Last month, I went to Ikea with my boyfriend. Indeed, There were many kinds of desks. In the corner of the store, I found a nice white desk. Despite the fact that  it’s self-assembly furniture, I bought it without any hesitation. It was big enough to hold many things. On top of that, I thought it would really go well with other furniture in my room. As it took up a little bit more than before, I rearranged the new desk in front of the window and my bed behind it. Now, My room has very cozy, neat and warm atmonsphere with white colored furniture. I’m very satisfied with it and I'm so glad that I can study and work at a plesant environment. (nice)

Q1. Please tell me about the public transportation system in your country in as much detail as possible. Which transportation did you use the most when you were a kid? How about now? And why do you use it the most?

There are many kinds of public transportation in my country such as the bus, subway and a taxi. You can find many buses that go to various places. And the subway lines are so well structured especially in seoul. There are more than 10 different subway lines So you can travel almost anywhere and many outlying areas no matter where you live in Seoul. The best thing about korean public transportation is the transfer discount system. You can get a huge discount if you transfer from the bus to subway and vice versa.

In my case, I prefer taking the subway the most since I was young. Because the subway is always on time in spite of rush hour. If I take a bus in the morning, I’m gonna get stuck in traffic and I might be late for school because of the heavy traffic jam. Taking the subway, I can be punctual all the time. (nice)

Q1. You indicated in the survey that you live with your family. Please tell me about your family in as much detail as possible. Also, tell me about the argument you recently had with your family. What was it? How did you make up?

Let me tell you about my family members . There are 4 people in my family.. we are weekend family. I mean, My brother lives alone in Wonju which is far from seoul for his job. He is two years younger than me. he is very shy so I don't know how he goes out with his girlfriend. And My parents are so friendly and they are totally people person. Since I became in my late twenties, I recently have begun to have a heart to heart talk with my father. I think I take after my father a lot. Being older, I think we have a stronger bond than before.

last holiday, my family got together as usual. and I helped my mom to cook. I started making a korean pankake. At the same time, she was bossing me around all time. saying like "don't flip so fast or turn down fire..." so I got really sick of it and went back to my room and did nothing. And the next day, there was nothing between us. Honestly we hardly have any argument. but only on every holiday, the same situations happen again. I can't get used to it. Eva , how about your family?(nice)

Q1. Please tell me about your best friend. When did you meet for the first time? What kind of person is he or she? Why do you think he or she is your best friend. And when was the last time you visited your friend's house? What did you do there? Tell me the most memorable activity you did with your friends there. Also, have you ordered in delivery food with your friend?

My best friend is Sojin, she is very fashionable and interested in decorating other people. she's a hairdresser. And she's very social so she has a lot of friends. We've got along with each other since young. We graduated from the same elementary school. The reason why I think she is my best friend is just because she is the friend that I've ever met for the longest time.

Now we are in late twenties, we are still living close to each other. both of us are picky when it comes to food. We love to enjoy some spicy food like 마라탕 or 떡볶이. we used to eat them at her house after school. These days we don't see each other as often as we used to. Last friday I hung out with her. It's been almost 2 months since I saw her last time. Because she had an accident while working. she broke her right ankle and she was in hospital. To congratulate her coming back, I bought some beer at a convenience store. And she ordered in spicy 떡볶이 that is one of our favorite delivery foods. With the food, we had a really great time. (nice)
